#FF & Criteria for a Misbehaving Author/Reviewer

What’s your criteria of a misbehaving author/reviewer?

Oh, goodness…

I think a big issue I see with authors is when they take personal offense to a review or comment, and then proceed to either attack the writer/reviewer or complain about it on social media. I understand that whatever was said may be upsetting but everyone is entitled to their opinion and as long as they respect others they’re fine. It’s the ones that don’t that drive me insane. Authors aren’t the only ones, though. Reviewers who act as if their reviews are the gospel for reading are just as annoying. We’re all a part of this community because we have a passion for reading. There’s no reason to believe one review is better than another. That isn’t the point of all this.

What marks bad behavior for an author/reviewer for you?
