January Backlist Books Review Link-Up

POSTED ON January 7, 2017 BY Austine IN Beat the Backlist, Other, Reading Challenge

It’s been a crazy week here on NovelKnight but we’re not done just yet! Beat the Backlist started on Sunday and each month we want to promote all of those books you’re reading and reviewing!

At the bottom of this post is a link-up for all January backlist title reviews. Anything you review in January that was published in 2016 or earlier can be added to the list! It’s a great way to promote your reviews as well as give everyone ideas for their TBRs!

You don’t need to participate in the challenge to add your review to the link!

January Beat the Backlist Link-Up

Add links to your reviews (either from your blog or Goodreads) for any backlist titles (published prior to 2017)! Duplicate links from the same person (not necessarily the same book) and other links will be deleted.

Your to-read pile looks lonely.
Sign up for weekly book recommendations so you never have to wonder what to read next.

    • It’s just a place to link-up reviews so people can find new books! 🙂 It holds no other significance than that! As long as the book was published before 2017 it’s eligible for the list!

    • Just a review is fine! You can also get points for reviews of backlist titles even if you read them last year 🙂 But for the link-up, it’s just so everyone can go blog-hopping!

  1. I really need to get started on this. I already feel like I’m behind in my goals for January, even though I’m really not. This list, though, I haven’t even started!

  2. I’m a teensy bit confused on this…we only add one of our reviews for the month? Or for every review we add a new link here? I added my first (and only) backlist review here, just trying to clarify!

    • You add any reviews you post this month for a blacklist title (if you want). 🙂 It’s just to make blog hopping easier. There will be a new link-up I’m February ao they don’t get too long/overwhelming.

  3. What’s the best way you can suggest to keep track of our challenge? Like, how would you do it? Monthly post? Physical list? I’ve never done this before so I’m new to it…

    • You can keep track in whatever way works best for you! The goal of this challenge is to get books off your to-read list so you could make a Goodreads shelf, an actual shelf of your books, a list, anything that works for you! The rest of the challenge is just for fun so you don’t have to track any of it if you don’t want to.
