#IndieReadathon2016 // Late to the Party but Ready to Go!

POSTED ON August 30, 2016 BY Austine IN Reading Challenge

So this reading challenge started August 28th but I missed it and didn’t hear about it until later so cool. 🙂

The #IndieReadathon2016 reading challenge is being hosted by Angie of Angie & Jessica’s Dreamy Reads, Sarah of Words with Sarah, and Lacey of Booklovers for Life

Challenge Dates

August 28 – September 12

I’m excited since I haven’t been reading many indies lately. Now if I’ve mislabeled any of the books below as indies and you know otherwise PLEASE TELL ME. Sometimes it’s hard to tell, especially with small pub houses or imprints, or when an author decides to self-publish but lists their own group, etc.

It turns out I actually already read one book for this personal challenge on the first day! So I’ll be adding that to my list. ^_^

  • Midnight Sky by Amy Braun
  • The Queen’s Poisoner by Jeff Wheeler (I did start this before the challenge but want to finish it for the sequels!)
  • The Thief’s Daughter by Jeff Wheeler
  • The King’s Traitor by Jeff Wheeler
  • Shadow Born by Jasmine Walt and Rebecca Hamilton
  • Graveyard Shift by Angela Roquet (re-read but been FOREVER and need a refresher for the sequels)
  • Pocket Full of Posies by Angela Roquet
  • For the Birds by Angela Roquet

Didn’t want to add too many to my TBR as I’m also hosting a Throne of Glass series readathon from Sept. 1-5 before Empire of Storms releases on the 6th!

Are you participating in the challenge? Let me know!

Your to-read pile looks lonely.
