Back in Oregon, Kelsey tries to pick up the pieces of her life and push aside her feelings for Ren. Kelsey Hayes's eighteenth summer was crazy. The kind of crazy nobody would ever believe.

Aside From battling immortal sea monkeys and trekking the jungles of India, she fell in love with Ren, a 300-year-old prince.

When danger suddenly forces Kelsey on another Indian quest, with Ren's bad-boy brother, Kishan, the unlikely duo begins to question their true destiny. Ren's life hangs in the balance--so does the truth within Kelsey's heart.

This book was provided by the Giveaway Prize for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

I don’t know what to say. I absolutely loved Tiger’s Curse (Tiger Saga #1) and as soon as I finished, jumped right in with Tiger’s Quest. The suspense was high, the adventure captivating and exciting, and the characters easy to relate to and well developed. This sequel kept the momentum from the first book going.

I’m the type of reader who really looks for a character-driven story. I think the characters should be the most important part and in these books they are. In Tiger’s Quest, I got to look at the brother of the male protagonist of Tiger’s Curse. Kishan is very different from his brother Ren but both play an important role in Kelsey’s life. I found the contrast between the two made the story even more interesting and I couldn’t wait to see them all interacting together in book 3.

Once again, the mythology and legends of India played a crucial role in the plot. This time, Houck explored another realm of divinity, sending you deeper into India. I don’t want to say too much so you’ll have to read the book for yourself. The combination of culture and characters makes Tiger’s Quest and the series as a whole such great reads. If you love action, adventure, romance, mystery, and new takes on urban fantasy these are the books for you.
